Data Center Information The PENN REGIONAL BUSINESS CENTER offers fully redundant fiber, power, and cooling while remaining carrier neutral to insure the utmost in flexibility. The Penn Regional Business Center’s flexible service menu and IT infrastructure are a distinctive point of service, allowing a client to meet the present and future goals of their business plan initiatives.   Data will be secured in layers. Physical access to all areas of the building will be secured to client specification. External data access outside the point-to-point connection to the Network Operations Centers (NOCs) will be limited and, in most cases, prohibited.
